In the neighbouring area, there are well maintained tracks for beautiful walks, as there are GR's or 'Grande randonnée' (of which one is only 500 metres away) and GPS-Walks.

Bicycle hire is readily available : In the north of the Lot-et-Garonne, are five signed bycicle tracks varying between 50 and 100 km in length. Adjacent to the River Lot, there is a flat bicycle track covering 80 km. But for the adventurous bikers, they can discover for themselves many other new and beautiful tracks.

You can find a well appointed local community pool, tennis court and a fishing lake all within 1 km.
Five kilometers away, there is a golf course, horse riding facilities, and a swimming lake. For the littles or young at heart, there is also mini-golf.

For the adventurist, 'parc en ciel' offers harnessed walking on ropes providing a walking track amongst the treetops. 'Parc en ciel' also provides many other exciting activities including go-carting, quad, tyrolienne, caving, ultra light flying and hot-air ballooning.

The biggest amusement park of the South West of France is Walibi in Agen.

For a more relaxed outing, you can hop on board a tourist train trip and meander amongst one of the many markets.
During the summer months there are many festivals including singing, music, dance, theatre, historic recreations, 'ripalhous' , food fairs of local producers markets, bodegas (village celebrations), and even a corrida. All well within striking distance.



Wines

For wine tasting, its all there !! Cancon, where the vinyards of old have been replaced with plum and hazelnut orchards, is the springboard to a rich wine region including Monbazillac, Bergerac, Buzet, Duras en Marmande, and a little further including Cahors, Saint-Emilion and Bordeaux.
